Collaborations
This year’s outreach focused on specialized campaigns and building new alliances. These collaborations are driving change for marginalized groups, especially young women.
JUNE
In June, Noble Humanitarian Missions and Kindova Humanitarian Organization teamed up to launch the “Empower a Girl with $5” initiative. This meaningful campaign aimed to provide menstrual hygiene products for girls in five schools across Ethiopia. We were overwhelmed by the incredible response from our supporters, who helped us not only meet but exceed our goal. Our gratitude goes out to everyone who donated, as well as to Kindova Humanitarian Organization for their vital partnership.
The Results: Life-Changing Deliveries
Our focused efforts translated into complex logistical success and far-reaching program delivery. We leveraged partnerships to deliver life-saving equipment and empower young women.
JANUARY &
FEBRUARY
Noble Humanitarian Missions successfully shipped and delivered a massive consignment of 20 pallets containing 422 items of various medical supplies and equipment. The shipment departed from Seattle on an Ethiopian Airlines flight in January and was delivered to the Mekedonia Charity Association in February. It included essential items like hospital beds, EKG machines, and orthopedic supplies. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ethiopian Airlines, Partners for World Health, The Boeing Company, and Airlink for their partnership in making this mission possible.
MAY
Building on our momentum, we were proud to announce the successful delivery of two 40-foot containers of adult diapers to the Mekedonia Charity Association. This major shipment was made possible by the incredible generosity of the Ethiopian diaspora community and all our dedicated supporters.
JULY
Thanks to the incredible success of the “Empower a Girl with $5” campaign, we were able to provide reusable sanitary pads and underwear to 1,015 girls across five schools in Ethiopia. These vital supplies will empower each girl for up to 18 months, helping them to stay in school and feel confident. This campaign, in partnership with Kindova Humanitarian Organization, is a movement for dignity, education, and equality.
