Noble Humanitarian Missions (NHM) is proud to partner with the Meseret Humanitarian Organization (MHO), a dedicated women-headed organization committed to reducing vulnerability among children and women in Ethiopia. Our partnership is founded on the belief that focused support and direct investment can fundamentally change the personal, social, and economic status of those living in poverty. We work alongside MHO, which is rooted in real-world humanitarian experience, to ensure resources are channeled effectively into programs that provide education, rehabilitation, and essential emergency support. Our collaborative goal is straightforward: to create tangible pathways for self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.

Investing in Education and Future Success

A cornerstone of the NHM/MHO partnership is the commitment to empowering the next generation through education. Through the successful “One Pack for One Child” program, our supporters proved that Empower Women, Transform Children’s Lives. This initiative demonstrated our core belief that no child should be held back from attending school due to a lack of supplies. In 2021 alone, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we successfully provided school supplies to over 1,000 children from kindergarten through high school in the Konso Zone. Every $8 invested meant a full year of educational materials for one child, directly investing in Ethiopia’s future leaders and innovators.

Direct Relief for Women and Economic Empowerment

Our partnership places a strong emphasis on uplifting women and single mothers, particularly during times of crisis. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, NHM immediately mobilized a critical fundraising campaign to support MHO’s efforts. The initial $3,500 transferred allowed MHO to provide daily essentials for over 800 women and single mothers and more than 1,000 children struggling due to work disruption. Furthermore, NHM has directly facilitated financial aid, including a recent $2,000 donation for the training and rehabilitation of single mothers. Since 2019, Noble Humanitarian Missions has channeled essential financial resources into MHO’s key projects, including the “One Pack for One Child” program, urgent COVID-19 relief, and critical rehabilitation centers for women. Through the incredible generosity of our community, including donations like the one from Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA, NHM has collectively raised and donated over $44,500 to the Meseret Humanitarian Organization. These funds are the fuel that powers MHO’s life-saving work, from building shelter fences to running rehabilitation programs.
